Acceptable Use
Use the platform for genuine inquiries, reading, routing, and review. Do not submit misleading information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with protected routes, scrape private surfaces, or use forms for spam or harmful activity.
No Professional Or Investment Advice
Public pages, venture narratives, reports, and private-room previews are informational. They do not create legal, financial, tax, investment, employment, or advisory obligations unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Media And Brand Assets
Approved biographies, photos, press materials, and brand references are provided for accurate editorial and partnership use. Do not imply endorsement, alter assets misleadingly, or redistribute restricted materials outside their approved context.
Protected Areas
Admin, LP, investor, deal-room, and other protected surfaces may require authentication and may record access events. Access can be revoked, limited, or audited to preserve confidentiality and platform integrity.
Changes And Availability
The platform is being actively developed. Features, routes, content, and availability may change as CMS, production identity, hosted persistence, object storage, email delivery, and analytics are implemented.
