Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Portfolio OS V1.5 handles inquiry data, subscriber preferences, admin sessions, and operational metadata while the platform moves toward production hardening.

Information We Collect

The platform collects information you submit through strategic intake, speaking, media, partnership, venture, and newsletter forms. This may include your name, email, organization, country, inquiry type, message, topic preferences, and source or UTM context used for routing.

How The Information Is Used

Submitted information is used to qualify and respond to relevant opportunities, route inquiries to the right workflow, prepare media or speaking follow-up, maintain subscriber preferences, and improve the operating quality of the platform.

Operational Metadata

The platform may record technical and operational metadata such as request timing, source path, referrer, consent status, admin session status, audit events, and anti-spam signals. Sensitive private-room and admin surfaces may create additional access records.

Data Sharing

Information is not sold. It may be shared with trusted collaborators only when needed to respond to an inquiry, coordinate a speaking or media request, support a venture conversation, or operate the platform securely.

Your Choices

You can request correction, deletion, or preference changes for submitted information. Newsletter preference controls are part of the current platform, while confirmation, unsubscribe automation, and production email workflows remain future implementation slices.

Security And Retention

The platform uses a signed-session foundation for protected admin routes and keeps operational records only as long as needed for relationship management, auditability, and legitimate platform operations. Production identity, MFA, and hosted data policies remain planned hardening work.
